   All Vellya products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, shape, and scent may occur. These natural differences are part of the artisanal nature of our soaps and do not affect product quality.

   We aim to process and dispatch orders within the stated processing times. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Vellya is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

1. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
